It’s very scary, I was putting crème on my leg and on the back felt a bump, I looked at it and thought it was just a blood blister. Left it a few months. Then was reading one day at work and came across an article on melanoma and thought I had better get it checked. Turned out to be stage 3 melanoma. I am so blessed I didn’t wait any longer! I had to have part of my hamstring removed, but I am here. Hope you bought your friend a beer😊

Can people with a lot of tattoos still get checked?

Powerful 3 min. video! Thanks Chris & NSCC. I will be using this video to try and wake Los Angeles, CA up to our alarming increase in all forms of skin cancer. I'm a lucky survivor of 2 BCCs & 1 SCC, with no melanomas to date. I'm 83 & my 1st BCC was at age 80. Not bad for a retired USN sailor, with thousands of hours of unprotected sun exposure, on fair skin under red hair. Well, it used to be red. Freckles & sun burns as a kid & teen. Two saving graces: I was a bar bum, not a beach bum & I have brown eyes.

I know so many people have tried to get rid of herpes virus but no solution, try to contact Dr Itepu on his UA-cam channel and see the wonderful work, his herbal medication works like magic.

Watching this segment at 1:30 am on a Monday morning & I literally shuddered in bed when Chris stated that "Had he waited 6 months he might not have survived!" My 71 yr old mother developed a 'wart' on her finger about 2 yrs ago. Seemed like nothing but, she finally went to her Dr in August 2021 to get it checked out and her Dr made an appointment with a dermatologist. Due to Covid-19, that appointment was delayed for 5 months and she was finally seen this past Thursday Jan 6th. A biopsy is being done on the sample which was cut from her (middle) finger and she will have a phone call w/the results on February 17th. I pray that her growth is benign but, if it isn't, I will ALWAYS be haunted that she should've had this dealt with FIVE months ago! I find some comfort that for her entire life, my mother never liked the sun. She never sunbathed, rarely worked in the garden, NEVER wore a bathing suit. Her anti-sun habits bring me some confidence but, I also worry that it is on her finger - hands are always exposed to the sun. I plan to be home with her at 2:30 pm on February 17th when she gets the results back and I will write an update here. I pray that she is as fortunate as Chris and am happy that all worked out well for him. Cancer is such a plague on humanity but, stories like this show that it isn't always a death sentence.

I went for full skin check few years back. They said "strip down to your underwear & PUT ON THIS GOWN! a Big husky female nurse examined me while a young female aid just watched. She very quickly peeked into my underwear....... twice. I said 'looks like a penis only smaller' which really upset her. after that the exam was over.

I was examined head to toe by my dermatologist. She even looked in my butt crack. Nothing left to question. Scalp, between my toes , perineum everywhere.

My get nekked for mine, an my Doc is female, doesn't bother me a bit, since I'm prone to basal cell an squamous cell, get over it folks, its better than dying, trust me.

I don’t understand why people don’t feel comfortable getting naked when going to the doctor’s. I don’t, especially in front of a medical doctor.
