I would love to explain but people think I’m crazy, for years iv been trying to find anyone with the same experience. But there doesn’t seem to be anyone. I believe I lived in 197. If anyone can reply I would love to give more info.

There is one more lift in Bishop’s Stortford near the NCP Multi- Storey car park, which is Orona 3G 2022 MRL lifts in all flats near the Train Station, sadly you will not have access as it’s for residents only
