One question po, eto ang di ko talaga maintindihan hahaha. Yung situational question ba is ikaw magbibigay ng topic or bibigyan ka nila ng specific topic or question then it answer using the star method? Ako kasi gumawa ako ng situation the i answer it with the star then di ako nakapasa hheheeh. di ko alam kung mali ako.

for Interview narin ako ng outsourced doers kaso wla pang sched, sa process nyo mam wla na po kayong kinuhang CEFR assessment test? sakin kase 2 assessment test bingay sakin..taga BXU din pla kayo, same din tayo sa CSU nagaral haha..1st time ko mag apply ng trabaho as VA, started this month lang haha sana makapasa sa interview! thanks sa mga videos mo baka may mga tips kayo ano gngwa nyo bago interview? pwede ba mag dala ng notes as kodigo? haha

Working here in US Amazon. Just tips for everyone. You can address the person with their name. “Sir and ma’am” is acceptable but not common to use. Instead of saying cashier say “billing department or accounting” it’s more professional. Use STAR method tell the situation, task, action, result. For example: Situation: I’m one of the admin assistant in a university my task is… due to my data entry skill I would sometimes help billing department (action) this results to…. Hope that helps 😊
