No water coming out of the weep hole ? That doesn't look good for cooling....
The water cooling comes through exhaust on these small johnaon evinrudes ... which cant seen in video underway. About small 8 holes in exhast midsection

That motor was designed for a 15 inch transom. You are ventilating the prop. Air is getting to the propeller. Causes over revs.
thanks i did say in the video wasn't the right length for my boat. my old searider transom which I'd just rebuilt hence the glass not trimmed . needed a long shaft

Its cavitating dude. Lower your trim, and if that doesn't work look into another prop.

Can't really hear what is going on, but could very well be that the prop is ventilating on that rig, like others have suggested...

I THOUGHT MY ENGINE WAS MISSING UNTIL I REALISED IT WAS THE PROP CAVATATING CHECK IF ITS CAVETATING (THE PROP COMING OUT OF THE WATER) IF IT IS OR YOUR UNSURE LET THE TUBES DOWN A BIT AND IT SHOULD STOP

When mine started sounding like that it was the rubber dampener on the prop... missfires rarely cause engines to rev higher.
