I’ve got 31/40 for the plane Jane titanium variant. I love the knife, but I wish it had some micro milling. It’s just so blank.

Finally a video with someone holding the knife like they would when they’re gonna use it. Had to check 5-6 videos before this until i got one. You’d think it would be common sense to show everyone what the knife looks like in the grip you use when you’re planning to cut something. Just letting the knife lay flat on your hand makes it incredibly difficult for anyone watching to get an idea of how large the knife would be in their own hands

I've had Smocks that open too easily & ones that were perfect after removing 2 d detent. If it's too loose, the lock bar just needs to be bent outward a bit to provide more tension for the detent. Just be sure to make only small adjustments and frequently test the lock bar tension as you go. When I get home I'm going to have to deal with an extremely loose stop pin after installing some toxic storm fat carbon scales. But man, I love the Smock!

Wouldn’t that be considered a gravity knife? To my understanding those are still illegal to carry.

I agree with you 100% about whacking the spine; I can't think of a single situation in which I'd be bashing the shit out of something with the spine of a folding knife's blade. Like you said, sounds like those people need to be sporting a fixed blade. Just picked up the same version. Got it for 275 on eknives since it was my first purchase with them. Hopefully the knife is worth it I’m just now seeing a lot of people complaining about the heat treat and the metal being soft. Just my luck lol
