Honda CRv Turbo first start.
First start on the built Honda Crv. Just a couple of seconds due to the fact that there’s no coolant in the system. It runs finally after many months of waiting. Stay tuned for the next video.

How to Subaru WRX case halves separation. Engine rebuild part 4.

In this short video I removed the last 2 pistons and separated the case halves. The rear oil separator bolts gave me a lot of issues, they had been replaced with allen bolts and nothing I had for them. Next step is the machine shop.

Could this cause jerking and slow shifts ?
If it’s stuck open it might jerk. Try and grab any codes present and go from there. Also a bad fuel pump will cause all that.

What turbo manifold is that?
This manifold is from a search I did on google, you can search EA113 manifold and it’ll pop up. I don’t remember exactly from where but it’s Chinese. They also come with top mount set up.
Looking at that rusty beast and thankful I live on the west coast. And no anti-seize going back together?
Most auction vehicle owners don’t want to do all the recommendations and it’s sad that people buy such vehicles not knowing the history.

Just did mine with my friend same car ..We did not have to remove any of that stuff your doing ..We just removes the dif from the axles and put in the new one . Took us a hour ..I'm running AMS oil now with the limited slip adaptive
I actually replaced brake pads and rotors with calipers and hoses on this one.
Is it the same order of operations (more or less) for a 2014 RX 350 ?
Yes it’s technically the same, some modifications to the rear links and the rear differential won’t look the same. The rear suspension is multi-link and will be the same.

I filled it prior to installing.
Thanks just finished my install ..The lexus dealer told me put in limited slip because some of these years and models some have them and they forgot to mark the ones that do have limited slip ..It was the flaw in Lexus they told me and people were cooking there rear ends @@MotorWorksGarage

I installed this BOV on my mk6 gti and I get the pssshhhh sound instead of the stutu sound. Why is that?
I would recommend a stage 2 plus tune and a cold air intake, I had the Unitronic. Also something you can try, on 3rd gear slow cruising you can hit the throttle and the car will slowly speed up and the turbo will be building boost and right before it takes off you release the throttle.

You do not need a tune to run it. Mine was custom tuned to 25psi.
Is this the same for the 6 speed ls430 if I wanted to remove the axles and differential? Except I would remove the axle nut as well.

If you swapped the cam gears your not getting dual avcs anyway that’s why you do it in the first place no need for a stand alone
You drill and tap the cams put non avcs cam gear and advance it

Is this at all bad for the car?
It’s not. A lot of people have stuff to say about it but it actually doesn’t do anything, it’s just air escaping the intake tube and bouncing inside.

The engine is fully forged with IE rods and JE pistons 9.5:1. Crank main studs, head studs, valve springs, Golf R cam. HPFP conversion to roller and 034 piston upgrade. Balance shaft delete. There’s more …..

DEAR ACTUALLY WHAT WAS PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE THAT YOU HAVE CHANGE REAR AXIL? WHILE DRIVING WHAT WAS MAIN CAUSE ONE NEED TO CHANGE DIFRENTIAL COMPLETE ASSEMBLY ?
The rear differential was making a humming noise that got louder while I went faster.
I just got this blow off off the link you commented under someone else’s comment and I’m kinda sad/happy cause it makes a really hard pshh at once not like my forge bov I had and I can’t hear my turbo flutter through the Intake anymore lol
Try getting a stage 2 tune
So I just seen this I've been stage 2 for like a couple months now and I still don't have any flutter only if I'm in like 5th or 6 th gear and I floor it to build boost like around 30 psi I have a VW CC BTW
