No, the block universe theory is not just an illusion and the time is not the same for all things. According to the Einstine block universe theory The past, present, and future happening simultaneously in the same time but we just experience the present movements. For example, the person with the light speed in just one hour he will meet if he come back to earth with those people who are in his future of upcoming 1000 years. So time is not an unchange thing but it belong with the space and vilocity.

My theorisation: Pre-Big Bang, The Universe was Created by God, and the Universe was Eternal (Timeless/Atemporal/Infinite Time) and Whole (Full, Spaceless, Infinitely large), consisting purely of Matter and Energy. Then, when the Big Bang happened as a result of the birth of Chaos and Entropy, Space, Time, and Gravity was born. I Suggest that you please read the works of Mr. Parmahansa Tewari, in his seminal thesis titled “Space Vortices of Energy and Matter” he describes in a simple manner many of the most complex manifestations of nature. I was at first boosting Kerr's talks, but a lot of relativists have pushed-back. However, Kerr states the Penrose singularity theorems are good. What he was arguing was that it does not logically follow that every _physical_ black hole has an actual singularity where light rays end. The singularities are mathematical idealizations, and inside any real black hole (which will be a hot mess) one cannot really say what happens. Only if there is no hot matter inside will there be necessarily an actual ring singularity. I think Kerr's critics have been a bit unfair to him and have been talking only about the formal mathematical solutions, which are analytic, and not "realistic". Having noted that, it does not matter a damn if GR admits singularities, all it means is that the equations are nondeterministic. But is that not what you need to get a quantum theory? (Yes it is.)
