I'm actually having issues with my G9 49 monitor and contacting support to get a refund. Just had a lot of issues with my monitor. In case they refund me might get a triple monitor setup. JUst had so many issues with the monitor actually

Really sorry for the late reply. I had issues with my message notifications. Anyway I had the same issue until I enabled the triple monitor settings even if I use a super ultra wide. That solved the stretching and had a more realistic view.

He isnt the worst driver mate , i do this round on Spa in 2:29 in the Huracan Performante ( street car ) ... Hes drivin the Huracan GT3 ( if im right ^^ ) ... Hes doin a 2:37 ( in the race car ) , yea could be faster ( like 17 - 20 seconds ) but ... most guys i have seen arent able to take one single corner clean ( still 90 % of all players in AC drive like morons ^^ ) ... Ive got about 1500 hours in AC , trust me ^^ ... hes a way to careful while drivin , yes ... but he is able to take control of his car and drive lap after lap without crashin into other drivers

Absolutely! And other than immersion I like to see my kid happy seeing his dad driving in race suit :) My kid just loves cars and racing so I do it for him even if I'm not a good driver :)

Trust me... people with a steering wheel will never be slower than kids with a controller. Try to untick the control aids from a controller and see where the kids without aids but with a controller go, if they want to be that fast: wall.

Beceause they do it for immersion not for being fast. I meen this dude is litteraly doing a AI race its not even online🤷‍♂️🤣

@@delpinsky.. I've been racing with a controller for 15 years now. 10 years ago I turned off all assists for good, and I'm routinely in the top 1%-2% in lap leaderboards. Just saying it's not difficult to be decent with a controller, I've tried some friend's setups but I have yet to find one with accurate feedback to the pedals. So I save money for my real car

Hi there thanks for the comment. Yes glad you mentioned that I'm not a good driver because I just started sim-racing recdently so I'm still learning a lot. I've got the funds to purchase my gears and I do it not for competitive racing (at this time) but more on immersion to enjoy the experience with my kids who loves cars and racing. My kid loves to see his dad on a race suit and drive with him and it makes him so happy and thats what matters :) Appreciate the comments

Got Even a NEO, Never Tested the triple Screen setup. But what angle of FOV you are Running? Seems to be like 40 or something.

I have one as well, it's to use as a programmable button box. You can set buttons like refuel, ABS+/-, Brake Bias, ...

yes just like what @nicolaslioez3987 mentioned, its a very good use case for programmable button box (i.e. ignition, wipers, abs, brake bias, etc)

Thanks for asking about the monitor stand. I find that the integrated monitor stand is stable with the Neo G9 although at times when the DD is heavily vibrating, it does wobble a bit. These wobbling events is not noticeable though nor it affects the experience negatively. As a matter of fact the same slight wobbling adds to the immersion in a pleasant way since the slight wobbling also moves the safety nets which simulates car movement. All in all I think its stable and not something to worry about.👍

@@IanStrauss I currently use a triple 75hz screen, I was thinking of switching to triple 32-inch or ultrawide like yours... what do you recommend?

if you’re looking to have a very smooth and close to realistic gameplay I think either ultra-wide or triples would be fine as long as it’s at least 120hz. I’m happy with my ultrawide since i use a fix camera to shoot my vide while playing but if im ysing go-pro i might go for triples😊 Id also consider the space, if you have more space either ultrawide or triples is fine fine if you have limited space i might only choose ultrawide

hi i tried enabling triple screen setup and adjusted my fov. That fixed the warp on my neo g9 ultrawude Hope that helps 😊

I think you might need to change the driver position in the car, the FOV in itself might be correct.

@@bobsimpson5886hi there, sure. I actually used to set my ultrawide to enable the triple screen settings. this resulted on a lore realistic view because the default screen for ultrawide shows a stretched screen 😊

@@IanStrauss cheers for the reply. I have been using my ultrawide as a single screen with some projection correction, but I do prefer the view you have. Apart from the in game triple screen setting do you need activate triple screen elsewhere? Also how are you getting any vertical defects between your virtual screen?
