Thai Oil Massage By NamWan
The video was taken at a Thai massage business services in Si Samrong District, Sukhothai Province, my hometown in Thailand. NamWan was giving combination healing massage techniques; using massage lubricant, herbal balm, and applying Thai accupressure with stretching techniques to relieve muscles tension. This client has very tight muscles in his right upper arm, biceps, and NamWan used all of her healing methods with her strong hands to ease the tension. After the session, the client said that he felt better; felt lighter for weeks.

It calls herbal ball or herbal hot compress. It helps relieving pain. There are many different kinds of herbs in the ball. Therapist steams the herbal ball and uses the ball to knead on aches muscles. You could get the ball from Amazon, search for Thai herbal hot compress ball.
