Which size needle is this? My syringe looks the same, but the needle itself is at least a half inch long. I’m afraid I’m injecting too deeply into my skin and not getting the medication where it is supposed to be.

The directions i received said I should put a bew seal sticker on the top of the vial to avoid contamination, none of the videos ive seen talk about it, do I put the cap back on? They also say to push air into the bottle 1st, then extract more than needed, and push it back in to the correct dosage. Im also only taking 25 units forever, but the concentration doubles every 4 weeks.

This is the best video on this topic! A couple small points: Step 0 - A. prepare a clean flat work surface. B. Wash your hands thoroughly. Also, always dispose of used needles/syringes in a sharps container. Check with your local authorities for drop off/disposal procedure (differs by region) so sanitation workers, curious children, etc., are not injured. You can get free sharps containers by mail that you can then mail back for disposal when full. Google free sharps containers.

what is 1.7 ml equivalent to?

Are you supposed to change out the needle after using it to draw out the medication from the vial? That’s what I learned when I was an MA. Is it safe to reuse that same needle after using it in the vial and re injecting it into the muscle ??

Thanks for this. It would be so helpful if the printing were large enough to be legible and the needles weren't such miniscule and crap quality needles. Makes it difficult. Also, the liquid should be colored so you can see whether or not you are actually getting the medication into the syringe.

As a specialist in trichology, I have to say that this treatment has low effectiveness considering that 99% of men have androgenetic alopecia. If you do not combine it with a DHT inhibitor, it is completely useless. Very lucrative for the clinic, but your hair will remain the same. Do not be fooled, with a treatment with dutasteride and oral minoxidil you will improve infinitely more and for less money.

So this is basically PRP treatment but in a more intense way?

In case you're wondering, 100 units = 1 milliliter. So, for instance, if you need 0.3mL, that's 30 units.

This helped me so much. I have a real fear of needles so, needless to say, I was SO scared to do this myself. I had a hard time getting one tiny air bubble out of the syringe but, after a few attempts tapping the syringe to get the bubble to the top and into the bottle, I finally pushed all of the medicine back into the bottle and gave the BOTTLE a tap, pressed the syringe tight against the bottle THEN pulled and the air bubble was so tiny it was practically non-existent. Then it came time to inject 😂 I stood there like a statue for about 30 seconds before just DOING it and I didn't even feel it! You feel the tip of the needle touching your skin but as soon as you go for it, you feel nothing 🙌🏻 I counted the 3 seconds to inject and then forgot to hold for 5 lol. Next week will be a breeze. THANK YOU!!
