This is my review of our Still RMA339C mower, which we have had for a couple of years. I've also shown the FSA57 trimmer as a little bonus. The mower has the AK20 battery and works well for what we need. there are a couple of small issues but overall its fine.

    Hi Nicholas, thanks for a great video. I’ve just purchased and set up my Nilfisk 180. The bar pressure control knob on my machine is loose, in that it pulls out, was yours like this? It appears to work if I keep it pushed in but can’t be right can it? Thanks again for a no nonsense video 😊👍

      Hi, just checked, I would say mine moves max 1mm if that in and out, with that movement it seems really solid. (like its not really supposed to). I will say I think its a bit misleading how many times you can turn it, I though it would be 1/2 rotation but it seems to have loads more turns than the scale marked shows. drop Nilfisk or where you got it from a email they should be able to provide some supports. 🤞

      @@nicholasfranklin9218 thanks for your reply. I have now got a replacement and I’m really pleased with it, no faults this time. The plastic tangs that hold the knob in were broken off. Thanks again for your time, much appreciated 😊👍

    these are the reviews we need! no nonsense and actual seeing the pressure washer at work doing a real life scenario. I was not going to buy the patio cleaner because the karcher one (10 yrs ago) sucked, it didn't clean anything but I'm going to give this a try. Thx

    Can you get stripes on the lawn with this mower or not ?

    • @nicholasfranklin9218
      @nicholasfranklin9218 Рік тому

      Hi, somewhat/sort of, I mean very slightly! pretty much comparable to all flat bladed mowers with no roller. 6/10. For the best stripes you really want to use a cylinder mower with a roller. They leave the absolute best results. But for a good mower for stripes you want a Halter or Atco, or an old Quilcast cylinder. They give super stripes but they cost a few quid. sometimes you can pick them up used of Facebook marketplace or eBay. You won't have to go far for a good used one. Hope this helps. Nick

    Thanks for the video mate. Been consodering a pressure washer upgrade. Either the Nilfisk P200 or Kranzle K10 for cleankng the car. Would you say the Nilfisk P200 is overkill?

    • @nicholasfranklin9218
      @nicholasfranklin9218 Рік тому

      The Kranzle's look really good, I had the 1050 on my list too but tbh I was put off by the fact you have to always lay them down to run (not an issue with the K10) I was worried that I would forget and wreck it. The P200 is even more powerful then mine, but it has the diel to lower the pressure and also the tips can be used to drop the pressure. I think its always better to have more pressure than you need. Even though you would never use 200bar on the car its nice to know you can decimate any weeks and moss growing on your drive. :-) You do have the standard option of the stubby gun though with the Kranzle and that is a huge advantage when cleaning the car. If its only the car your cleaning then the 120 bar will be more than enough. all the best, Nick

      @nicholasfranklin9218 Thanks for the reply, mate. How do you rate the Nilfisk range and have you had any issues with it? What's the hose like? Does it kink as my karcher does and I really hate it. Do you run it on full when cleaning the car? Speaking to North West Power Washers they said the P180 and P200 are the same machine internally. Just that the P200 has a 15metre high pressure hose and snow foam lance.

    • @nicholasfranklin9218
      @nicholasfranklin9218 Рік тому

      @@mudguardrider8211 I really like it, so far no issues but its early days. The hose is really good, its much better than the one I had on the old Karcher 310 (but that's like 25 years old) I really like the hose real, it's a great feature. I've had no issues yet with kinking. I turned it down to do the car. one thing I would say is I don't rate the internal chemical dosing, it seems a bit week for me BUT that could be me using the wrong ratio of shampoo. We use a aftermarket snow foam lance which is fine, it would have been nice to get the Nilfisk one but I didn't see the point of spending more money. We got the adapter instead as I've got a few Karcher accessories which I wanted to keep. (drain jet and snow foam) I didn't know that about the P180-P200

    Great job mate, would you recomend this model for a few driveway jobs?

    • @nicholasfranklin9218
      @nicholasfranklin9218 Рік тому

      Hi Jack, I would say so, Yer. Its not an industrial machine, but they are 4 times the price. I would say this is absolutely worth the money and I'm happy with it. It took me about 2 hours to do the drive, (55-70m2) I spent longer pratting around with the camera than I did doing the actual drive. 🤗
