If any choom comes across this and wants to keep the car, there's a mod called 'Claim Vehicles' on Nexus that lets you keep the cars you steal, and can also get the 'Vehicle Customizer (stolen vehicles edition)' mod to then customize the cars you've klepped.

This "stock" variant isn't available sadly, by completing import/export contracts you can get a "truck" version.
