How does our government manage revenue leakages that we observe at different clinics and hospitals Note: The government does provide medical passports at this facilities all over Namibia. Patients bring their own diaries to be stamped. How do we manage the funds, or is it been pocketed by the receptionist receiving the monies? Let's introduce better due diligence procedures in order to manage our resources properly. Does government employ the qualified cadres in managing the health facilities? Save the Country from fraud and corruption. Hope we start on the ground. I thank you
