In this video I discover that cheap Chinese shims are useless. The Master Lock Fortress 1850D has been around as far back as I can remember. Being one who likes to tinker with things, I figured out at an early age how to decode this lock just about as fast as actually having the combination to the pad lock. I picked the MasterLock No. 141 in an earlier video and thought I would take a shot at the No. 140 as I have seen many videos with this lock.
