Great neighborhood. I lived and surfed in there ‘95-‘00 before moving to Hawaii. That house wasn’t there yet and the ‘doghouse’ next door was ruins from Hugo or Marilyn. Good times 🤙🏼🤙🏼🌴🌊🏄🏼

Wow! Amazing to see the ‘doghouse’ next door finally get restored. This place wasn’t even there yet when I left. I lived in JF up the hill so I could surf. I spent endless hours surfing there and Salt River from ‘95-‘00 until I moved to Hawaii. Great neighborhood.

In watching several of your video's you really need to focus on showing different views of the house from different angles, and on views from the house mainly the view across the front of the house and the back of the house to include a walk around it..

My son and I looked at this property years ago before the structure to the right of the pool, etc., was added. The price then was $675,000. The only building structure, located behind the pool, had a great room, two bedrooms and two small bathrooms plus a small kitchen tucked away in a corner of the main room. The folks who purchased this property had great vision and good taste. I'd love to offer them the $675,000.
