Only one card was included. The photo card is a Target exclusive photo. I was disappointed that more cards weren’t included.
I just checked NCT 127 Walk and it also was a Target exclusive but only included one card. It safe to assume that SM is stingy with the photo cards.

Most likely sold out quick or u can always ask an employee to get it from the back if they didn’t put it out yet
I did not preorder but my Target was almost sold out when they opened.
