    You have to go to Lakeridge winery, which is right down the street. It’s a real functioning winery with or they have Free wine tasting also and music. They also have cabins to rent. One great thing about staying here you only half an hour away from Disney Springs.

    Just moved about 5 minutes away from this park about two months ago and haven't been there yet. I'll have to take my family soon.

      Hey man I’m also like 5 min away. I’m young and I camp with a Great Dane but let me tell u it’s so fun out there. I went to the farther campsite but I’m pretty sure this one is only a .5 mile walk. Probably 20-30 min tops with young kids

    Actually mosquitos are no so bad. Creek is stagnant during dry season but during wet and I have been there after a hurricane and it was moving pretty fast. This site of the two primitive areas is the most quiet at night.

    No gators?

    • @TimAPearson
      @TimAPearson Рік тому

      In Florida, it is common to encounter alligators of various sizes in any body of water. However, it is important to note that American alligators are typically not highly aggressive. By respecting their space and maintaining a safe distance, they will typically reciprocate and allow you to maintain your own personal space.

      @@joshmarauder it’s full of people and the grass is pretty much none existant it’s so clear so any sign of gators is easy. The tall grass and murky water is where they enjoy to swim and lurk which there’s not really any in the swimming area. Also gators don’t like a lot of people.

    The rainbow river is worth the 4 day weekend for sure especially in the summer. Nothing beats a dip in that water on a hot day. Bring goggles for a better experience. I mean you can see right through it from the raft but it’s 10 times better
