I love your exploration and open to learning. Wifi is one of those technologies that has a lot of variables and due to that you will have 100 really qualified techs to do it X way. They are not wrong just limited. So you opened pandoras box, jump in and the tools i recommend to explore this more is Netspot. You are looking to keep your wifi signal on each 2.4 and 5ghz signal around -50 to -67 dbm. Anything beyond -67 dbm will have degrading performance.

Yes, i agree mostly, battery size makes a big difference, and having used several of the lead manufacturers 12v products i think Milwaukees are pretty solid, i also have and have owned many different lines as well, you do make a good point, thanks!

I kinda disagree, 12 volt tools are typically a little smaller and are competitive with 20 volt in power, at least my Milwaukees are. I own multiple battery power tool lines in 20 volt and they are the go to for most things. Now with 20 volt coming out with compacts versions, I can easily see myself losing the argument. In my opinion my 12 volt tools are better in delicate situations like electrical work and putting stupid Ikea products together.
