Velocicoaster isn’t for everyone. But I agree with you it is more moderately intense. I think it’s the right mix for IOA as they are looking for something lots of their guests would enjoy riding.

I enjoy the ride very much but I always wish the top hat was at least 200 ft or so, it would make the ride 20 times better. Something I also noticed is that on the second launch not all the LSM's are being used, something to mention

Not hard just remember to make slow head movements. In real life you can automatically focus with lots of heads movement but for video Constantly moving your head will make your audience feel sick.

@@vrvacationguide If you used a hidden camera in glasses, then did you put it over the 3D glasses? Or you just didn't put on the the 3D glasses when you went on the ride and wore just the oho glasses?

Chucky is just another option you can choose while riding Rip Ride Rockit. I don't believe it's exclusive to HHN. If you go to the menu of songs when you first sit choose Electronica and it should be on the top. I also heard that you can hold down on the Rip Ride Rockit logo and it takes you into the secret menu. The code for Chucky is supposed to be 666.

I remember staying there late August when they were beginning to prep for it. Never experienced it, but looks great.

@@vrvacationguide I personally have not rode it I will be riding it in about two weeks but people are saying that the scarab scene is different new lighting changes the screens look better the ride seems smoother the brakes are softer but those are just some changes I’m excited that it’s open and I am excited to ride it soon!

@@Beemer312 glad this ride is reopening. Still wish there was a coffee shop at the gift store....seems like a missed opportunity. Don't live in Florida, but I have more fond memories of this ride than most others at Universal. At the fake out, I was riding next to a father and his young son. Poor boy was scared by the mummy. The ride had a delay for a minute (probably someone pulled put there phone) where he had to look at the mummy looming down on us, and then abruptly the ride starts again. The boy got off a little scared but pumped with excitement. I hope he still has great memories of his first ride.

Wow! Night ride definitely gives it another element. Hopefully once the vegetation grows in it will give the forest more depth. I may have to go back just for a night ride. Does it still have long lines?

There is so much to do there. Absolutely love it.

I have a nighttime ride through of Hagrid’s that I’ll upload sometime this week. And it maybe the longest name of any coaster. Maybe I’ll look that up?

No you don’t get that feeling. I went last week but I didn’t enjoy it too intense for me. In some parts you feel out of the seat

I don’t remember the stomach drop feeling but you definitely feel the g’s as you’re launched over the 155 ft top hat!

Would you ride it again or be reluctant to? I feel like Hagrid’s is my limit and I sometimes feel anxious getting off of it. I don’t like the “floating” or “weightless” feeling you get on rollercoasters so I’m worried I’ll absolutely regret riding the Velocicoaster.

@@cantfiteveryheart i actually don’t regret riding it. it is very intense though and you do constantly get that dropping feeling in your stomach the entire ride. now in videos it may not seem fast buh it is VERYYYY fast, i had put my head down n it was so hard to pick it back up due to the force of the air on me. it is scary buh i feel like it was a necessary experience and i wanna actually try to enjoy it next time. i hate roller coasters so i understand your pain, buh i think you should start wit smaller rides n build up. it is more intense then hulk so don’t let anybody lie to you and say it isn’t 😂

@@cantfiteveryheart I was absolutely terrified of roller coasters until I went to universal orlando last month. I ended up facing my fear and taking on the hulk and had tons of fun, then went on velocicoaster and enjoyed it even more. even if coasters do scare you, I’d highly recommend trying velocicoaster for the experience. It’s definitely worth it in the end.

@@bri.6716 okay but was this a “I’d never been on a rollercoaster, but I tried them and I’m hooked” or “I had done them before was still super nervous about them and then enjoyed them”? I ride them but I don’t enjoy them. I rode the mummy a few times and couldn’t enjoy it. Hagrid’s is my limit I think. The backwards part is where I feel the worst. It’s so intense for me. :(

Really? Mine would be Velocicoaster, Hulk, Hagrid. But the next time I go back I’ll ride all 3. Maybe add Rip Ride Rocket into the mix.

Bruh Ima tell u right now! This was the most insane roller coaster I've ever rode in my life and I've been all over and have rode a many. I'm from TX my self having grown up with the rattler ect. I clutched my chest the whole way through just from the sheer shock of how blown away I was. Theres a part on there that shoots u even faster once u hit it. Only to be compared to the Iron Gwahzi at Busch Gardens Tampa.
