Old video I know but sometimes I like to go back and watch some of the older ones so that I don't get immune to the new ones. LOL. I don't have anxiety problems normally, but twice in my life I had something of an anxiety/panic attack. Not going into details cuz it's over and done now, but in my case it was because I was stressing out about something with REAL CONSEQUENCES, not just my brain freaking out about "nothing" like it does with some people. Point is, I know how it feels to have one of these attacks. I wish I had found ASMR before that happened to me but I got into this YEARS later. For those who suffer from anxiety on ANY level, my advice for you is this: 1. ASMR can be effective at helping you to stay chill, if you have access to it before/during your stressful times. Jade does a good job of it. Some of my other favorites: ASMR Zeitgeist, FrivolousFox ASMR, ASMR Bakery, Alana ASMR, and FoxenKin ASMR. Depending what sort of triggers hit you just right there are ALL SORTS of these videos on UA-cam. Fair warning though, some (not all) of them are just girls who think it's cute to press their giant tits against the microphone while you watch - not actually ASMR, more like borderline... something else. But some (start with the ones I mentioned) are really good, focused on RELAXING content rather than just looking like a thot. 2. Get a cat. Cats are sensitive to that sort of thing and ONCE THEY TRUST/LOVE YOU they will come over and help calm you down... and all they require as payment is a little bit of food and rub behind their ears sometimes. 3. Like Jade said, sometimes you can use tactile things (affecting your sense of touch) like rub an ice cube across your wrist or brush your face with a piece of silk or something like that to sort of ground you in reality.
