The thing in the neck you re talking about is simple wire wrapped in yarn that I use as Armature to allow the neck and the upper part of the torso to move as shown in the video I use it for the arms too. The size of the eyes must be 8 mm or whatever size you like! It really doesn't matter. It's up to you. 👍🙂 Enjoy!

First of all Hi! 😊 for the eye lid cut a piece of fabric In a shape of an eye lid... and then apply it with strong glue to the plastic eye. It's just cotton fabric the same I used to make the doll. Tosin is getting better but he's an old fella and he needs special care... Brian is my spoiled son and he's such a dodger he s happy because I always cook fresh food for him and the other two and they all appreciate! Is it very hot where you live? As I told you a few times , here it's humid and boiling , I can barely sleep at night! My cats are exhausted! One of them didn't feel good two weeks ago ( the oldest one, Tosin ) I took care of him and now he feels better, but you know he's quite old and I am doing all I can to make him live at his best! 🙏 I am quite serene though🙂 Brian he s doing great! He feels the hot weather and lays on the floor all the time! He looks like a lazy fur rug! 😁Pippi is super happy! She's a girl, of course! Ahahaha Take care dear! 💗

​@@ghostlypreciousartandcraft The past week has been super hot and steamy. Temp had been hovering in the upper 90's - 100F We were actually under a heat advisory for it. Today a front came through and we're dropping down into the 80'sF with lower humidity (Canadian air is lovely) . So I'm thankfully am getting some relief. I know I can't complain too much. You don't have AC and I can imagine how miserable you, your hubby and kitties must be. (I didn't have AC growing up, so I know it's not fun) I'm glad you all are doing the best you can and Tosin is doing better. Hopefully the weather will turn to more fall-like temps for you soon. This makes me add more wefts a time following a " map " of the style I wanna get and doing so your doll' s wig will be more thick and " bushy" I don't like those dolls with few hair you know! ☺️ I ve seen load of Tricks and methods on how make hair, attaching them to the root and I agree with you.... although I tried some of those ways I just don't get it or maybe they aren't good for my purposes... I am an 80s child Indeed!😉 But i am Happy you laughed at It because even the ton of My voice sounded so dramatic and i think that gave to the video some funny Beats although i m still wondering why I made such a mess ahahah!

The first time I saw a bit of the show I was like WTF are they doing to/teaching our children!🙀 I quickly turned the channel. I found something about them very disturbing. I too am fortunate, being a 70's child, not to have grown up watching them either.

At least I grew up watching " The Visitors " ahahahaha 😆😁 and Twin Peaks.... 😵 I regret that though! Was too small for Twin Peaks... ahaha

Hi Sandy! Thanks for all you kind words and appreciation! I personally didn't expect this doll to turned out the way it has ! And I m so glad I let my inspiration taking over my original idea! I am planning a loads of new creations these days including new ideas for Halloween... hopefully I will manage to work hard and make all my Precious come true! ☺️💗 From time to time I will add my voice on some of my videos! This time it seemed necessary to me adding some " Vocal " captions without sounding annoying ☺️😆 My accent... ahaha is an accent ahahaha more of the northern side of England I think ahaha don't know... really. I always had this accent. I always watch videos, films, programs in English on internet( don't watch TV and I don't have one ) and in the past I lived in London for several years... what I miss the most is to have a conversation in English cause I am afraid to lose the fluency in speaking 😆😔 but I always try to keep practicing, reading out loud, singing, thinking ahahaha I can't speak English with Brian though, cause it won't understand anyway! 😁 Send you a Hug dear Sandy! 💗 Have a nice week!

She is definitely one of the cutest doll I ve ever made so far and the shape of the ears are so funny and lovely to me! I usually make more elaborated dolls which are those I call " Collectible Art Doll " but sometimes I like to make simpler dollys like Vanilla! I love anime too but the older ones from the 70s and 80s 😊 like " Lady Georgie " , " Candy " , " Maya's dream " etc 💗

Aahahaha! It s being raining for days you know, and mosquitos loves places with a high concentration of humidity! I only shown a small part of the stunning monuments of Staglieno! It is really a vast and never ending place, so unique! Those Sculptures are from the 19th century and you can find More statues and Crypts climbing up to the Hillside! So happy you watched this video! I thought it would have been out of contest but at the end of the day my channel is an Art channel so why not to share what inspires me! At the end of the video you can see the tombstone of Constance Lloyd, Oscar Wilde' s wife who died in Genoa then buried in Staglieno! It s the beautiful Celtic cross with the ivy on it! So nice! @@ghostlypreciousartandcraft Sounds like a truly amazing place. I'd have to invest in a natural mosquito repellent though (I'm a wimp😹)... or just bring my husband. They *love* him(poor guy 🤣) And I think this video fits into this channel... I like to see what inspires someone's artwork (even if it's a single piece). It gives me insight on how to capture something in a particular style.

@sandyb4693 I ll tell you what, this is not the right season to explore Staglieno cause it s very damp and walking to the Hillside is hard as hell and I hate sweating! That's why last Saturday me and Emanuele stayed under the arcades and around the small Wood ( here my friends mosquitos took advantage of my bare arms and hands ahahaha) I believe Autumn is the best moment to get there so Evocative, you know! 😊💗

@@ghostlypreciousartandcraft Yeah... walking in humid/damp hot air while being mosquito bait doesn't sound fun.. Autumn sounds lovely with the fall colors and the leaves falling. I just did a 'google map' 'walk through' of a bit of the cemetery. It's *huge* and more spectacular than I imagined from your pictures. And definitely not flat. It's like a walk through sculpture museum.😻

no picture can't even describe! at the moment several sectors are closed for restoration because the walls and some statues are crumbling apart due to humidity! so happy you googled it! ❤️😊 Fun fact! Just round Staglieno is located an open shelter for strays cats and from time to time you can see some kitty walking amid the tombstones or sleeping inside the crypt and the colombarium! 💗😊 Sweet isn't it? ❤️☺️
