I took off the back Tail Elevators and notice that Ares V Hawk went faster. I can place them on back easily if I wanted them back on.

I have had one of these for 7 years and it has never worked right. Yours has a much more pointed nose and the rear stabilizer is a cool addition along with the 3 bladed props. I have a CL-84 Dynavert VTOL that works great in helicopter but doesn't have a lot of control in airplane mode.

Yo Dirty Birdy....Nice flight. Looks like you have added a horizontal stabilizer on the top of your rear taill fin? How does that help during flight? So unfortunately you didn't flollow through with my request to do an airplane mode takeoff. Your rotors were in the helicopter mode when you took off?

Very nice flight. Wish you also had done a video of the take-off aside from a camera mount on the aircraft (distant view). I own a couple of these V-hawks and have Never seen anyone do an airplane takeoff with this V-hawk. I recently lost my transmitter to this V-Hawk. You would happen to have an extra one for sell would you?

Wild to see how many people don’t understand what’s going on. Poster said signal loss many times….. use your ears people. You hear can a hear a fan lose all thrust and one running at full speed just before the VMC roll over and then aerodynamic spin. This airplane doesn’t have rudder so there’s no way to counter the yaw during single engine ops. 1 reason why I don’t have this airplane. Yes airspeed was a factor, but not the cause. These airplanes don’t just lose an engine and regain the engine without signal loss or an ESC burning up. Great video and I’m shocked how the airplane wasn’t destroyed!!!!
