Continental - ContipremiumContact 5 Review
This is a review for the ContipremiumContact 5 tyre from Continental. This tyre performs great at first but i've found performance starts to drop off around 4mm of tread left. High comfort levels means this tyre wont annoy you and dry grip is always very good.
Please drive carefully, performance may vary depending on road conditions, car model\condition, temperature and age of the tyre.

Pansonic G9 VIDEO Autofocus Modes Tested (USE AFF!!)
Переглядів 1,3 тис.3 роки тому
This is a brief test of the limited video autofocus modes on the Panasonic G9, this is only a short test and is not definitive! I was about to sell the G9 because of the video autofocus but now I’m going to keep it as the AFF mode seems to do quite a good job. Its not perfect as I mention but its saved the camera for me, I’ll continue to test this and if my opinion changes I’ll update this vide...

Uniroyal Rainsport 3 Review

This is a quick review of the Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tyres, I've have driven on this tyres a few times and have always taken the opportunity to push and test them when I did. This video is a few of mine and my brother's thoughts on them after having used them for roughly 2 years. Please add any experience you've had with these in the description, whether you agree with me or disagree that's cool....
Federal Super Steel 535 Review
Переглядів 1,3 тис.7 років тому
This is a review for the Federal Super Steel 535, not the world's greatest tyre but they're tough and didn't cost a lot either. Apparently these are very similar to the Super Steel 595's. Federal make a lot of other tyres and I'd be happy to review a superior tyre if they would like, of course they'd have to supply this and I would return the tyre to them once reviewed.
Engine Oil Viscosity - Full Synthetic Vs Part Synthetic
Переглядів 24 тис.7 років тому
This video shows the viscosity of different grades of oil at room temperature. The highly scientific experiment didn’t quite turn out as well as I’d expected but it was only a mess around anyway, it's on the long side (Whey!) but I hope you enjoy anyway. When changing your engine oil always look for the manufacturer recommended oil, see your vehicles manual for this.

    ew10j4 2004 16v 2.0 406 nice video man thanks for this. Had my 406 for about a year and today it told me ANTI POLLUTION FAULT with the orange engine light. I already got the new breather hose couple months ago as a backup because I thought the O-ring on the current pipe has gone bad because there is alot of messy oil which drips down from that area. I will just replace that new breather pipe and see if the AP warning goes away. As I dont have the new coil pack yet.

    Are these run flat ? In general is run flat quieter and more stable than the standard tyres ?

  • @tonymarwood
    @tonymarwood 7 місяців тому

    Had exactly the same symptoms, but a new coil pack didn't cure it. My 'simple' code reader said P1339 fault which changed briefly with the new coil pack to be a P1336 fault, but now a P1339 fault again. If I clear the codes it seems to run perfectly for between 30 secs and 2 minutes then the Catalytic message comes up, the engine light shows, and it goes into safe mode. On a 20 year old car of not much value there is a limit on how much to spend to fix it, and after a £90 Bosch coil pack I am fast approaching that point.

      Spark plugs or the catalytic converter itself. It's pretty much always one of the 3, or sometimes all combined. 90% of the issues I see with this is always one of these 3. The other 10 is... just an error you can write off or... low-quality fuel.

      You might want to ask a mechanic or just replace this part and the spark plugs anyway. At least you and rule it out then, upto you though.

    Hi have N Blue Eco Summer on my Lancer Ex and it work great absorb bumps really well and they work better than the Bridgestone Potenza g019 Grid that was causing the car to pull left. I was going to change my rack but the issue was this Bridgestone. This is one of the best budget tyres on the market. The tend to at least 45000 km which is good. If you rotate and driver conservatively you may get 60000 km comparing a budget and premium tyres if unfair comparison. For most people this would work go I always keep a safe distance when stopping so it works well for me. Plus a tyre that is 4 times more expensive don't necessarily mean it would last 4 times longer.

      I've never owned or worked on a 307cc so I couldn't tell you. If you're experiencing the same issues as I did in this video and you get the same message, then maybe you want to try replacing this part. Seems like you've replaced everything else anyway, so seems logical.

    Rented a G9 and noticed the pulsing backgrounds yesterday, irritating. I guess this is still an issue even with current firmware. I didn’t know this was an issue with all Panasonic cameras. I’m going to have to try this over the weekend. I also saw that using the AF lock button holds focus on your subject and seems to prevents that AF hunting.

    • @flatspot2050
      @flatspot2050 2 роки тому

      Yeah its super annoying because the G9 is awesome, i love it! I only use the autofocus in an emergency. Otherwise i just refocus with the shutter button which sounds stupid and is something we shouldnt have to do in 2022 but it works for me over the awful autofocus.

    • @michaelbell75
      @michaelbell75 2 роки тому

      @@flatspot2050 Ok, I found a workaround . Go to the first page of the video settings and switch from AFS to AFF and then underneath that, turn the Continuous AF to off. No more pulsing/flashing/focus hunting. I set my focus to single point and made the box larger and then just tapped the screen where I wanted focus. Also worked with human/animal AF too as I caught some birds on a fountain. How has no one posted this yet? Ive only used this camera for a couple hours and already figured out how to get around it ha.

    Completely worse tires for Indian ( Bangalore road) . I had fitted these for Audi A4 within 12K Kilometre bulges in all 4 tyres. Even one is in shape of chicken egg. We have to throw away and go for other vendors due to safety concern. When complaint to Pirreli India support they just reject claim showing that it has damaged . Guys we complain due to damage. Audi A4 has very less ground clearance even if you want to driver rashly in bad roads or pot holes you cannot as your chasis will hit and These vehicles come with pressure monitoring system which promptly alerts if tires has less pressure and bangalore is at-least a metro city of india ( not a villlage). with these if tires go such worse this simple implies they are not meant to be driven on indian roads.

They are pricy but you get what you pay for. I am happy that I bought these tires and will buy Pirelli again.

    I'm using the same set of these tyres for second season now, doing say 40,000 kms/year (say it's 25,000 km/15 k miles on "summer" tyres) with my Ford S-Max. That's pretty heavy piece of car and the tyres work incredibly well. There are no extra signs of wear compared to other premium labels and the car holds the trajectory with milimeter accuracy - especially on rainy days and in heavy rain. I surely recomend!

    Hello, I will ask you for help, I have a Peugeot 307 1.4 Gasoline produced in 2003. Every time you start a mass, Antipolution Fault appears, it consumes more fuel and there is no power, the engine does not have Star. a few are very expensive and they are masters for all cars you can for one or two you can not for all bought a laptop and diagnostics supposedly do. I have another problem at 50-60-Km, I get the sign for Ulje STOP and an Exclamation mark is also written on the board computer, but with English I say poorly, it says that there is no Ulje and the engine does not consume even Gram Ulje, I changed the sensor for Ulje, it says sometimes and says In the city, give me a ride, I took out the Crater, I cleaned it and put it back. Someone told me that there was a Crater Sensor. will scratch as soon as there is not enough lubrication please help if anyone knows. Some people tell me to go to the Master and turn off the probe from the computer as if there is no probe that somehow I do not like it please help Hello from Macedonia Ohrid to all of you
