I took all of the videos from the 1 or 2 fish days or what I couldn't make a standalone video with from 2024 and put them into this video. Some fun moments in here including my 2nd and 3rd biggest bass of the year. I wanted to have this up on here sooner but I had many things going on. I plan to go back to weekly videos if not after this video then very shortly. This video features several places so I didn't list them all in the description as usual but every spot here has been on previous videos so just check my fishing playlist if interested. I tried fishing with The Fluke from Zoom. I didn't mention in the video but I was using a 1/0 Mustad big bite hook on these. I used mainly a twitch twitch pause type of retrieve other than the first fish that hit it on the fall. @@michaelapanasewicz9967 Yes on jigheads, the ones I liked the best was about 1/32 and I think that hook size on it was about a number 6 or 8. I’ve had those heads for a long time and can’t really remember. I appreciate you watching.

Fished here today but on the other side and caught several that I'd never seen before. I specks of blue throughout its body and a bigger mouth for the size of the fish. Some guy said it was a pumpkin seed something? Anyways my son caught a few off some live worms and I caught a decent one in that Yum hellgramite. First time fishing at that bridge. Was hoping for a bass but I'll take something over Nothing all day haha Nice videos man. I'm from bristol
@@mikewright7236 The one with blue on it sounds like a green sunfish if it had a larger mouth. Possible it was a pumpkinseed though. I was out there a couple weeks ago and there was a ton of giant bluegill on the side we normally fish.
@@Floggin I was debating going to that side. I was on the way back from family’s house so it was a little more convenient from rooster front this time. I appreciate the heads up, I’ll try there again next time.
I am a fishing fanatic myself, but I was just stunned by how amazing that place looked.
@@calloftheoutdoors8941 It is an awesome little place. Tons of hiking and bike trails and plenty of fish. This park sees a ton of traffic on the main lakeside trail but off on the side trails like I was on here you could be there for hours sometimes and maybe only see one or two other people. I used a 1" gulp cricket on a trout magnet and caught a smallmouth yesterday. Gulp works great!
Yes, they work amazing I always look for colors and sizes I haven’t tried before. I did try the cricket one day but I had bad luck with the small ones tearing them up before I could get a bigger one.
@@knowlegs_ yeah the only thing I hate about them is the ease of tearing. They introduced their new formula at ICAST that's stronger.

Honestly steelhead would tear that thing up if they saw it drifting down the river. I kinda think I'm gonna try em out. They LOVE gulp minnows

I have them linked in the 2nd line of the fishing gear, it took me a little while to find online because I kept spelling angle as angel. I hope you can find them to give them a try. @@Floggin Not the best, caught a few on different days at different spots but not enough at one time to make only a bass focused video. Kept the videos though so I may put those together for a video if I have a really bad week of fishing.

Nope, I threw one for about an hour and no bites other than gills tugging at it. Tried a senko for a bit too and not even a glance.

@@Blueskies_23 Thanks for the compliment on the video! I mostly used the fake Berkley Gulp corn but I did find an open can and used both but most of the fish caught in the video were on the Gulp corn.
I was contemplating going here. Is this Rainbow Bridge or is that another location?
I've heard it called that a few times. I just always say the bridge. This was at the 421 boat launch just past the bridge. I highly recommend trying this spot if you get a chance. It can be very crowded on weekends though. I almost couldn't get a parking spot last weekend. I will also start putting the coordinates in decimal format in the description so you can plug those into gps or on maps.
@@knowlegs_ have you tried the TWRA map? I use it to find al sorts of boats ramp, trout stocking areas etc etc. it also has the GPS coordinates as well.

I bought gulp crickets... They catch the fish! I caught a 2.3 and 3.4 lb catfish on it back to back.

How did you catch all those fish I can’t catch anything here
I’ve noticed on blue and green baits I tend to get more bites here and usually small baits less than 3 inches. I’ll be honest with you though I was out there several hours that day to be able to catch all those and around that boat ramp seems to be a hot spot, I tried around the fishing pier they have setup here and I’ve only caught like one rock bass there out of all the times trying.
