How to build confidence, failure learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them. Confidence comes from believing in yourself that you can do it cause you did it before. You took the time failed a lot accepted your mistakes and learned from them. It started as a child you tried to ride a bike, you fell off, you took the lumps but you got back on and tried again correct? Well are you confident you can ride a bike effectively? See confidence you know you can do it, you learned what not to do cause the result is pain. Same idea mistakes are made but you can't be confident until you learn from your mistakes and learn what doesn't work through failure and eventually you are confident you can do it cause 1 time you succeed and since you did it once you know you can do it again. You believe in yourself, you don't need to worry what others think cause their opinions are irrelevant if you done it before. With building of confidence it's based on achievements, no what others feel about you. Success is defined by how others see you, achievements are how you see and feel about yourself. Strive for achievements.
