Welcome to my messy kitchen…
I’m Berrak. I’m not a professional chef nor a writer. I’m just a food photographer who loves collecting recipes. I was born and raised in the lively Mediterranean city of Istanbul, where I was fortunate to discover the rich Anatolian cuisine, thanks to my grandma’s amazing cooking. Growing up, we made everything from scratch. This made our meals healthy and delicious. My mom didn't like using pre-made convenience foods, so I learned to cook homemade dishes. I started cooking every day when I went to college. My friends loved my food, especially the ones inspired by my mom's recipes. I felt like I had to do something more with these recipes, but I wasn't sure what.

This could be everything but not a Schnitzel aus Österreich. Ask someone who knows how it’s done right next time before you post wrong recipes. 1. It’s not fried in Oil with a piece of butter in it. It’s fried only in Butterschmalz 2. You have to move the pan to soufflé it. Yours look like flach wie Ostfriesland 3. Don’t fry onions and dump em in Mayonnaise. Both things don’t belong in the Kartoffelsalat 4. Where are the Preiselbeeren 5. I give up with these "UA-cam Chefs"…

We use glass bottles for legume,no need for freezing.
Glass bottles are much better but I have a small kitchen that's why I'm using cloth bags and keeping in fridge, but I freeze the shell beans cause my mum does that, I will try next time :)
