I'm gonna be honest i just bought this projector a few months ago and have had zero issues. I dont use the "smart" functions but run a firestick. Honestly i think its operator error on your part.

You need a license to use the software, it isnt usually legal for a civillian to use this. They sell to law enforcement (ICAC Task forces mainly and homicide)

@AnthonySopran0 Yeah, it functions. These devices are available to the public. They're used in cellphone stores. Just because police use them, often illegally, doesn't mean you need special permission to have or use them legally.

@@KennethJohnsenDK thanks. This was years ago before I was developing film on a regular basis. I don't think I've ever really covered using the tank again but I'm sure there are videos detailing the rest of the development process as well as possible.
