I'm a husband, dad, brother, uncle, and son sharing the ups and downs of life as a millennial. Through personal stories, I explore the challenges and joys of juggling family, work, and everything in between. This channel is a space for me to reflect and cope with burnout, while finding ways to compartmentalize life’s demands. If you're navigating similar paths, or just curious, you're in the right place.

Let’s get caught up
It's been a while so I'll get everyone caught up. Here's what's on my mind and what I've been up to the last month. Let me know what you think of this style of video. #running #staycation #burnout #millennials #vasectomy #voting

What do you think of the vertical format? Let me know in the comments!
Hey! I saw your channel, and your videos are really great! But they’re not getting enough visibility, which could be because of SEO issues. I offer professional UA-cam SEO services and would love to help you fix this. I can provide a free channel audit to show you exactly where improvements are needed and how to optimize your videos to reach more viewers. Let me know if you’re ready to grow your channel and get the exposure your content deserves!
Thanks for your comment!
Nice dirtbag
videos are getting better and better 👍🏼❤️
Thanks! I’ve been trying different edits and cuts with software. I appreciate you!
Hello Eric, same as a few others who have commented in that I saw your last comment on TeawithSte's Channel and felt a tug and a connection and just wanted to reach out. I've not watched / listened to you yet. I'm Flying back to the UK today so will check in on my journey.
Thanks for saying so! I appreciate you stopping by and expressing interest. I’m still figuring it all out. Let me know what you think! 🍻
Hi Eric - its awesome to see your videos evolve - each one gets better - keep going on this journey cheers
Thank you so much! Trying to see what this 3 minute short is all about (capris?😬)!
@@EricHaefele Letbus know if and how the shorts play out - I am not sure if I like the shorts format, too much like IG
@@Spiritfractals Monetization is calculated in views rather than watch time but I’m not sure how that will change trajectory. I will report back with my findings! 🫡
A work-life balance is a great thing to strive for no matter what your relationship status is but more important when you're married. It sounds like you both work at it all as a cohesive team which will teach your son great values.
@@wendy-preece thanks! That means a lot I appreciate you. We are a team and it seems like the harder we work the deeper our love grows as a team. We still find little slices of time here and there to have fun and do things too.
@EricHaefele that's so nice to hear, when you talk of your family, your eyes show your love for them.
@@wendy-preece they light up my world
@EricHaefele keep loving them that way and you will have a fulfilled life.
oh man running, such a love hate, obviously from my videos you can tell im not built for speed, so running was a tough one for me.
@@IceBreaker-Lateshow I can’t live without it! I’ve been doing it for so long it’s tough when I’m away from it for an extended period of time.
@@EricHaefele I feel that way about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and when I would lift weights, so I get it. Running though for me was the easiest one to quit. I think I got sick for like 2 weeks and just never went back to it after my cardio was such shit from the time off
@@IceBreaker-Lateshow It’s the opposite for me. I’ve always had a tough time navigating weight training.
Hi Eric, I found your channel through Steven Thompson and wanted to come and see what you were doing with your channel as im starting my own. I am so glad I have, I resonate with a few things you talk about so its great to find your channel and hear what you have to share. Cheers, Wendy
Thanks Wendy! I appreciate you stopping by!
@EricHaefele I hope you keep it up, it helps inspire others to get started.
@@uzloonies you betcha! I think I’m gonna try some short format
@EricHaefele cool idea, it will be interesting to see how you like that format.
🙃🙃🙃 I saw your UA-cam channel, and your content is great. since your content is not SEO-Friendly and lacks Eye-Catching Thumbnails, you will not get enough traffic, subscribers, and views from here.I am so confident that I can help you in that regard. And you will grow more
@@MD_YASIN_360 thank you for your comment!
Cheering you on Eric! 🎉🎉
Thank you!!
Great video. You look very relaxed and laid back. Good story about your proposal at Multnomah Falls. My first wife and I lived in Portland for a year in the early '90s and went to the Gorge occasionally. Horsetail Falls is a beautiful area. (Wow! I just realized that was 30 years ago!) Anyway, good job. Keep it up. I look forward to the next one.
Thank you! I’ve been a little nervous about posting these stories because they mean so much to me. The food in Portland was amazing!
Well, you are over the first hurdle! I have made several videos, but mostly using AI voices and characters. GOOD JOB! They will get better as you get used to it, but this is actually very good! I will be your newest subscriber. Good luck going forward. Hope to publish my first one, with my own face, in a few days.
Hey thanks pal! And go for it man! It lets us the viewers connect with you.
I love that you have kept the rough bits in, leading over to turn your notes lol 😂
@@Steven-Thompson oh man the notes fell right over lol! I wanted to keep it real and honestly it cuts back on editing time.
I’m a goofy kid too 🤘
@@Steven-Thompson goofy kids unite!
This is such a great video!!! I can’t wait to see more! Next time we can see your Magenta Spirit
@@soulboundreality453 I’ll start with my background light! ❤️
