This is such a good idea! I tried to stop using sponges many times by using brushes(that are more hygenical and eventually more ecofriendly) but i really can't and always end up needing a sponge. With this idea you solved my problem with the "i wonder how many germs are forming and living in my sponge rn". Thank you! Wish u all the best!!

Nice to know I'm not alone with the not nice grandma.....mine rhymes with witch. I also had a wonderful one on my dad's side. I also had a picture of my aunt (in name only) and finally threw it away. Although my brother and I were her only nephew and niece their was no recognition of that in our lives. Not one birthday card even. Same side as witch grandma. So why keep her photo. Thank you for your questions.

My sympathies. I had to sort and clear out my recently passed in-laws household and it was a pain that took months.

You could always cut the Bundt cake horizontally to make 2 layers. You would then use that leftover frosting between the layers. Just an idea.
