Is mini rage better than proc obelisk on Hulk? I have 200% proc on him and he's doing prety well by far.

Excellent content, bro, and I agree the only exception I would make is with Hulk‘s ISO 8 set. He does not need to run hawk eye, Power of angry Hulk or overdrive because his damage does not scale with attack. Because his damage scales with HP the best ISO eight for him would be something like spider sense and that would be for PVE or PVP. Spider sense will allow you to have the three ISO 8 set and the 8.5% HP as well.

Yes, all those characters are nT1s, and none are premium, you are able to grind and get them as an F2P player!
Hey bro just hopped back into MFF since we got the free T3 & I’m debating on whether or not to go w Bucky since Thunderbolts* is coming out next year. I know he’s TERRIBLE but I don’t know if I should risk it or not, an opinion is appreciated thanks!
In my opinion no, cause in that 1 year you'll make more materials to be able to T3 bucky, so go for the characters i listed in the video so you'd be able to grind for the required materials for bucky by the time he comes out:)
