Thankyou for posting this. It's fun to watch. I'm a bokashi guy for two years but am still learning. I've been adding small amounts of rock dust and a little bit of bio char. Sometimes I charge my biochar with urine (it's safe to use). Next round I'm gonna try your mixing and coating my freshly fermented scraps with soil or dirt before burying it. Maybe that will keep the mice from nibbling my bokashibucket contents. Found that worms love that kind of food too, and they are very welcome to feast on my bokashi. Thaught of putting bokashi into a real worm bin. Maybe the coming year....
