No idea how common this is, but have heard it's possible for scammers to use barcodes or info on Amazon packaging to make orders on your account. If this is nonsense, please correct me as I'd love to not worry about this! But the rollers minimise faff if it is a risk

...also strange to ask "why did that break up hit you so hard..."...I mean duh,yeah break ups are so easy aren't they...don't bring up any issues or anything ...lol,says a man who I don't doubt has been heartbroken and depressed many times after being dumped

...also what a strange thing to say "I really admire my friends who have causal sex...." I man whats to admire about it,if thats what they genuinely like then good on them but why should it be admired ? do they admire your abstinence ? Its almost seen as some badge of honour to be able to have casual sex with no attachment or need for deeper emotional intimacy. Maybe those friends of hers aren't even enjoying it or kidding themselves its great when really its not even what they want...who knows,I'm not saying casual sex is bad but just that theres alot of pressure to be doing it in your twenties and if you're not then you're not really "liberated".

I think Kate is very wise to take a sex break and also be celibate for a while,there is far too much emphasis in our culture to be sexually active and sex can be a total distraction from dealing with our *hit.We can easily fall into sexual relationships or casual sex as a way of avoidoing our feelings especially loneliness and anxiety etc. I would tell any young person to not worry about having sex until they really feel ready no matter how much pressure there is in our culture to think everyones doing it all the time,there are alot of people who are having bad or unsatisfaying sexual experiences or sex without the emotional and other intimacy they need. Sex edcuation must be taught in schools..the whole gamut including the emotional side and wellbeing overal.

I listen to the XFM radio shows almost daily before going to sleep, it's become somewhat like a hobby but one that gives me immense joy and laughter. It is a shame that the 3 kingpins of podcasting Ricky, Steve & Karl don't do it anymore. Their first 2 seasons of the XFM show is just comedy and radio GOLD. Glad to see Steve is looking healthy and doing his own thing these days, top man 👍
