At 1:20 is that a jackpoint near your head with the "hole" on the frame ? I prefer to jack it from the front. Thanks for the video
Yes, there are centre jack points both at the front and the rear.
I was just wondering. Did the drain plug washer come off easily or did you have to knock it out with a flat head screwdriver and hammer.
It flicked off easily with either just my finger or at most a slight flick of a flathead screw driver. No hammer as I didn’t have one handy. I just can’t recall specifically.
Anyone using 0w8? I don't know a lot about oil. Big debate. Some saying use 0w20. Then I hear the rings are thin. I'm thinking perhaps too thick of an oil could perhaps be detrimental more resistance causing ring wear more so than 0w8? Not an engineer or engine builder but that is a thought running through my mind. I get the flips side that perhaps too thin and you don't have a film sufficient to prevent excess wear in turn causing oil burn. Then I hear people saying prius was known for oil burning so maybe the thinner oils are to combat that on off engine function in hybrids; they say engine starts is where you get wear so maybe thin oil is more instantaneously available?
Worthy debates would have happened between Toyota Engine Design Engineers. Two engines are used in the Grand. The owner’s manual has Engine oil selection for the 2.4L 4-cylinder [T24A-FTS] engine as 0W20. While the 2.5L 4-cylinder [A25A-FXS] engine uses 0W8 according the manual.
0w8 for hybrid versions. 0w20 for non hybrid version.
@@jfkbro7875not quite. The 2.4L is also in the Hybrid Max Limited and Hybrid Max Platinum so that’s 0W20. The 2.5L is 0W8.
Do you think Mobil one is better than castrol
I think they are fairly comparable but I’ve typically just used Castrol
Hey! Thanks for sharing! 🙏 How’s the hood panel while you’re driving? Are the vibrations distracting? Can you provide more info about your vehicle and how it’s been performing? How’s the MPG? Lastly, if you could show us the middle row seat moving forward without bending the back and show if it’s possible to enter the back row without bending the back of the seat, just sliding forward, that would be mighty perfect! It would be the ONLY video out there showing that… 🥰👍
Hi, thanks! I don’t find the hood to be any sort of an issue. I personally think it’s designed like it is for the purposes of pedestrian impact absorption safety. If it is, Toyota should let people know! I do love it. I’ve had a Yukon and a Pilot but this is much smoother and quieter and more torque off the line. My overall MPG since new is 9.9L/100KM. I’ll get back to you about the back seat sliding forward. NP. Let me know if you see this response please!
I finally had a chance and remembered to check on the potential of getting into the third row without bending the second row seat back forward and…. (drum roll)…. I can confirm a full size adult like myself cannot get through the space, even with moving the drivers seat and second row seat as far forward as possible. I think a small child (60lbs etc) could crawl through though.
If you’re thinking of getting one for your family, I will tell you it’s a good vehicle, we got ours fir 10mos now and it’s great
🔥 This is awesome. 🔥
Those bare toes…. Hehe. Hide your daughters. #sexyfeet 🤟😎
Does this also work with a 2009 Toyota Rav 4?
Can you post a video of making popcorn shrimp?
Covered everything I needed in a nice short video. Much better than the 10+ minute videos out there that do the same thing. Thanks for the help.

great! i love this song! :)))
Pretty sad when you buy high end equipment only to have it fail like that. I am having a similar problem , only with an NXG stick. The heel is literally coming apart. If my son was in the NHL, I could understand it. He's 14, and 130 lbs. The stick lasted ten games.
Great camera work!!!!...I could almost see what was going on!!!!!!!
