It’s interesting that he mentions Malaysia and Indonesia as good examples of women actively participating in society and having rights because traditional Malay culture is a matriarch which is very different from the other Arab countries we are familiar with like Saudi, Yemen etc which have traditional patriarchal systems. Malays have always honoured women and it’s been taught culturally, so for Islam to support these already existing traditions is a no-brainer. It is even documented that prior to the Prophet (SAW) introducing Islam to Mecca, the people were corrupt and treated the women and girls absolutely terribly. Islam was a way to teach them and reform them, that women have human rights as well.

The problem is why do women think that staying at home and serving the family is "lower task"? Why do they assume that what men do is superior. Allah has assigned roles to each gender and we will be rewarded by following that. Ibn 'Umar reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock. A man is the shepherd of the people of his house and he is responsible. A woman is the shepherd of the house of her husband and she is responsible.

Ummah created so many career women that now there are no home makers anymore.

I think the hadith regarding couple relationships and the way the prophet (S) carried himself in general came from his wife Aiysha (R). Tha vast majority of the hadiths came from her, that's why she's the mother of the ummah. She made Islam possibile. But men are so insecure about the limited roles they can offer that they projected their insecurities on to women.... Women who can do almost anything and everything but is asked not to. And is conditioned to believe that they can't do it. Wow, SubhanAllah... I wonder how these proponents of Islam will be testified against their words that caused women to lose their lives their legacy and their very rights amongst plenty of other things like their purpose in life. Such a distortion regarding purpose exist only because men and women who follow these men caused it and contributed to it. You know who's a woman's biggest enemy? It's women who support men who believe rightfully in oppressing women using terminologies like 'safety', 'modesty', 'shame', 'duty', 'responsibility', 'chastity'. Most of these words are used to oppress women and it's rarely associated with men except to praise their birth and accentuate their identity. And forget that I wrote the word 'chastity', it never applies to men nor is associated with men. The irony of traditional islamic belief that men like the one in the video are directly responsible for. Bu posting a waify, meagre, vague video not exactly explaining the topic but rather defending abuse against women shows that he himself doesn't understand what women are made for. Don't count on men to explain the purpose and role of women in this life. Just cease to exist or leave the country and check on the people who heavily depended on you to understand your value, role in life. Try earning for the joy of it and you might come accross your purpose in life, being more generous with our emotions women are often exploited at workplace. So don't work like your life depends on your work. Think the other way. They need you. Resist the temptation to help people with domestic affairs when it's not your house and you are guest, when helping make sure to acknowledge that you are helping out of courtesy and not due to the pressure to help because of your gender. That's just a small example of unwinding patriarchal norms and finding yourself as a person. People like him won't even acknowledge patriarchy in a video talking about a subject that calls for the addressal of the contribution of patriarchy in the downfallen state of womenhood in this age. Just don't be satisfied with crumbs offered instead of proper full explanations.. Allah loves you. Don't let the men confuse you into doubting yourself regarding that. May Peace be upon you ❤

Actually the thing is i don't want to compromise my values and my Deen for anything. But at the same time I need to support my parents and take care of their financial needs and mine as well...... I was looking for something halal way of income, work from home type. I came to know about Affiliate marketing and digital marketing from some Muslim sisters who are already working and earning through the platform, they are saying its halal n asking me to join it too,,, But i am unsure whether it is actually Halal or not,,, i am really confused bcz here on the one side i want to support my parents financially but i first prioritize not to get involved in something that is displeasing to my Creator Allah SWT........... Does anyone have any idea whether affiliate marketing and digital marketing is halal or not????? Help me to figure out

Muslim women generally speaking are holding up the human race. Theyre at #1 position, trying to juggle a lot..then at #2. Christian men then at #3 muslim men and then Christian women. This is a general list. What's decent, good for family values, protected from fitna etc = all stuff muslim women are worrying about and muslim men have trouble being nice to their own family after working hard to make money and more money. Christian men are definitely more respectful towards family values than muslim men. So in the modern times, of course shaitan will attack women esp muslim women. Everyone should realize how much work we all have on hand to lift each other up and turn towards decency and faith

I am a phd student and I love doing research. I feel very sad when Islamic scholars say that it it better for women to stay at home, maintain the household and raise children. When i think about that life it feels so poisonously boring. With the development of the technology you have washing machine, you have dishwasher, you have vacuum cleaner, and refrigerator. So what is the "work" womoen supposed to do all day? Raise kids? How many? One day the children becomes old enough to go to school. What do you do with the free time? I have seen so many in *strictly* islamic families women are lazy and backbiters, and addicted to tv and cellphones. They don't do anything at home other than making issues in the families. Such a wastage of human resources. Thank you for talking about the issue

Yes all religions basically want women to look after a man’s next lineage. It’s a man’s world in all religions including Islam. No matter what way u present it bottom line is Islam does make women inferior to men just like majority of other religions. Islam’s practice throughout history has been moderate. Thats what makes Islamic world still a little more religious. U don’t have sharia anywhere in its most dogmatic form. Only if it’s implemented to the full, people will start to break free. Take a look at Iran or Saudi. I for one do hope it does. People need to experience full fledge jail to understand how bad the jail actually is.

Indian muslim women are in a really bad condition..they don't get Islamic rights properly from their husbands, are crushed under the Unislamic joint family system, is not allowed to show their opinions, ..in some cases are deprived of having some basic human rights...Maulanas and Muslim scholars here are not doing much to change this situation...Many Muslim families here mould religion according to the societal norms...Islam has been reduced only to offering Salat and mindless recitations of Quran in some places...

It will be the Council of Muftis, from which they will choose the Khalifah. Under the Khalifah will be a seat for a Mufti from every country in world with 100,000 plus Muslim population as Islam is for entire World. From every municipality we will choose a representative till we have the Council of Muftis for that country with a Grand Mufti of that country to sit in the Council of Muftis under the Khalifah. All communication can be done remotely with everyone working from home. Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the "ULMN" will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "ULMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis.The four letters "ULMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. But we have to be the Nation of Al Muttaqun for Allah SWT is saying now: "You are the Best of People ever raised up for Mankind, enjoining what is Good, forbidding what is evil and believing in Allah SWT" .... Quran 3: 110 Then how can we go wrong when the fear of "ULMN" will overwhelm the hearts of our enemies? That is what Islam is and we are Muslims to resolve every matter in a Peaceful manner, Insha Allah. Alhamdu Lillah.
