Re the head issues. BRING BACK OPTION HEADS!!!!! It was awesome when they were available before. I have a limited amount of space, and full dolls take up a lot of room. But a few bodies, with some extra interchangeable heads, take up a lot less space!!!! Also a lot cheaper to have one full doll and then extra heads. There are so many characters I want, but I don't have the space or dollars for them all. So for me it's great to have say two bodies in each skin tone, and then different heads to swap out for different photos. That would solve the inventory issue, and make many buyers happy too! Re the issue that stopped the option heads last time, would have to be existing owners, and then vetting the first purchase (from 2024 I mean) of the heads to make sure the buyers understand it is just the head and no body attached to it. Oh, and FINE PRINT OF NO RETURNS!!!!!

currently trying to purchase a doll. I didn't realize there would be an email I had to respond to. upon finding out, I checked all my folders for such an email and found none. I went through the US retailer. My order has been cancelled, but the money was still taken. I hope to the gods I wasn't scammed. in any case I fired an email to both the US and Japan stores to find out what's going on. hope to get an answer soon.

Hi I have four smart dolls. One pear shaped and three classic smart dolls

I stumbled upon these a year ago. And i absolutely ADORE them! Ive been wanting one since but cant afford one of their beautiful girls sadly 😭 Anyone know of maybe a cheaper alternative or dupe?

I have a question! How do you guys keep your dolls on such high shelves without them falling. My smart dolls haven’t fallen once until today. My poor Mirai doll fell on her back. luckily she didn’t break anything nor get a scratch, I checked everywhere but I’m scared it will happen again. What should I do?
