Im messing some things up I guess. Every time I tried it just looks so bad compared to this. Is there a pre-made asset available where its already done? Ether free or cost a few dollars, I would be happy with that. If not I will keep trying.

this is not a tutorial on how to make it but rather a showcase of how you made it. You are not going into the shader graph or making the texture part of it. basically advertising ur patreon download link
Sorry, it's just something I did on the side from work, so I didn't think too much into it. As for the shader feature used in the video, I believe you can learn that from many UA-cam tutorials out there, which is why I didn't make a separate tutorial for it.😃
And I'm not denying that I adv my Patreon link. It's compensation for the personal time I've put into this. Why shouldn't I be able to do that?

Actually, 80% of gamers don't really look at things from that tricky perspective. 😃Even Rockstar can't make sure every single angle has perfect effects. We just need to guarantee it looks normal in most cases. Of course, there are other ways to tackle this issue, like some camera-oriented lighting, but that often needs to be considered alongside the game's performance.
