Yes, I couldn't agree more. There is so much that has transpired this year that it almost made me want to leave the industry. There's so much that's happening in the lash industry it's interesting to see how this is going to turn out, but the diversity needs to have more of, and that's not talked about much! I had my own lash studio and closed it down after 5 years. I miss the money I made with lashes but I was just over how tedious the job really is. The body aches are awful to!

Thank you. I’m literally crying right now cause yesterday I spent about 4hrs just filling one eye and partially filling the other. The client had to go home.. it was a hybrid set. I’m hoping she comes back today. I was just so discouraged and I felt like maybe this whole lashing stuff is not meant for me. And when I complain to my teacher about my timing, she screams!! And it makes me feel all bad. But now I know that 6hrs really isn’t the worst.. it’s bad yes but I’ll get better. Thank you for this glimmer of hope
