    Love the video. Would you have to use parchment on a 14 inch acrylic disk since press ‘n seal is only 12 inches wide. I would be concerned that if you pieced the press ‘n seal together, the seam would not be smooth.

    • @annmariehartley4598
      @annmariehartley4598 Рік тому

      I have pieced the Press 'n Seal together for larger cakes and it worked fine! There was maybe a slight seam, but it was unnoticeable or I was able to smooth it out.

      @@annmariehartley4598 Thank you. I’ll give it a try - if I get a ripple in my frosting at the seam, I can always convert to a parchment circle.

    Hello, I wanted to asked how did you attached the threaded rod to the microwave motor? Does it attach to the threaded rod?

    • @annmariehartley4598
      @annmariehartley4598 3 роки тому

      Hello! It's explained near the beginning of the video. But, I had to drill to holes through my threaded rod. I used a pin to attach the threaded rod to the microwave motor. On the top of the microwave motor there is already a small hole drilled through the small part that spins. I lined up the holes I drilled through the threaded rod with the hole of the microwave motor. Then I used a small pin to secure the rod to the motor. I hope this helps!
