Here is my demoreel of the various animations I did.
Screens Are Consuming
Переглядів 27211 років тому
The person in the film is in his own world. Staring at a screen where nothing else is important. Suddenly a door behind him opens and it reveals a bright light. When he enters it, he is outside and somewhat happy. But it doesn't take long for him to get sucked into that world again. It's about spending way too much time staring at a screen. Wether that's a computer, a laptop or mobile phone etc...

I had to sculpt the face of a CEO. It had to be 3D-printed and a little abstract.

Morpheus - Throw a Ball

I used the Morpheus rig for this animation. It's my 4th animation.
SimpleBot Kick a ball
Переглядів 23911 років тому
This is my 3rd ever animation, as you might be able to tell. Don't judge me too hard. I followed a blocking tutorial for this one. Making it smooth was done by myself. I'm still learning and I am mostly self-taught.

    I really like the fox ball design and animation. Was amazed, that this is exactly 9 years old. We are having good personal computer technology for so long now.

    "So there I was, they just beaten me senseless, stuck throne in my head, nailed me a piece of wood, shoved a sponge full of vinegar in my mouth, and killed me. Then, they put me in a hole with a rock in front of it for 2 whole days. Then comes Sunday...Bam...I rise from the dead." 1000% true.

    Hi, first of all, congratulations on this video. I'm doing a 3D animation degree and I have to do an exercise of a pendulum and I wondered if it was possible if you could send me the rig of the boy with the controller so I can make an exercise similar to this video. I leave my email: pablomatasolera@gmail.com. Thank you and looking forward to your answer.

    Hey man amazing animations! Im an aspiring animator, just want to know how good you are doing in animation industry? Is it good enough or have you moved to something else, like most people do because of the terrible working hours?

    how to jump every scene with that different background? u made animation till end or per part?

    • @DualLinkGamers
      @DualLinkGamers 6 років тому

      Hi Ukhovi there is two way to do it , one is made the animation per part and the other is making the animation until the end something called Multiple cameras with marks , in the frame you can assign when to change the camera from camera 1 to camera 2 , camera 2 to 3 etc...

    thx! I made it in After Effects with an expression. But the easy way is to make an adjustment layer and add the effect>text>timecode and play around with that

    ha thanks, great advice. true, theres hardly any animation tutorials. btw i loved this animation you made , i laughed when the fox knocks open the door with his tail and sneaks to bad guy with tail. you are doing so good learning on your own. i need all the advice i can get and i wana know how you got so good!! how did you learn to model your background? i wana do that too! i also have animator survival kit , its great! hope u make more, your work is very awesome for a beginner

  • @veefeld
    @veefeld 11 років тому

    I could go on ages about my learning process, but to keep it relatively short, I think written information is key to getting animation done and not just tutorials (I've only followed 2 tutorials). I recently bought The Animator's Survival Kit and it contains a lot of information I read about on the internet and more. Think about an animation you want to do, draw it or film yourself acting it out and just animate! Also, there's a whole bunch of free rigs out there! It's tough, but it's fun :D!

    Thanks! Mostly I'm self-taught. I did this animation without much thinking, I just went on with it, and got better every 100 frames. Though occasionally I look at some examples how other people do it! Looking at lots of content from other people can help a lot.
