Now you can notice many wore braces especially girls who wanted to look beautiful with beautiful set of teeth. And you can make a decent living by being a dentist and it is good to share your experience here. Gigi Han maybe you can learn to be a plastic surgeon. Go to Korea and work there to gain experience and come back here. The girls not only they wanted a good set of teeth but nice nose and eyes. They also like to have nice boobs shape and size just to look stunning. All the best to you Gigi Han.

I'm trying to understand the root cause. 1) is there too many medical grad churned out by Malaysia higher education system? 2) too many that the government can't afford to absorb them as permanent? Can't afford their wage increase demand? 3) Quantity vs quality, is that an issue?

I agree the future of dentistry is going digital as with all other industries. I have just watched a periodontist on UA-cam who included the use of a microscope and a large LCD screen in his office to identify and display the different types of bad bacteria from the mouths of his patients who are plagued with gum disease to educate them as part of his treatment plan. When are we going to see this level of patient care and education in our clinics here in Malaysia?
