Mercury in the 12th house sextile with Neptune is great. I said that Saturn and Uranus are the logical planets, but they do not rule the brain. Mercury, does as in cognitive development or stage 3. Neptune is the thalamus, and the Moon is memories. Thank You so much for watching !!!
