Hi
It was such a great show, I can’t wait to see her again.
Such a great show!
Your part was good too I loved "bones"
Hey Anastasia .
Absolutely Awesome!
Bad ass
It just goes to show when the song is good it doesn't matter what style it's played in it's going to be a good song and this is a good song and a good style for it to be played in I'm just saying 🤗🙉🙈🙊
Just a small time banjo... living in a rockin world... took the midnight train...
Yep, I love it..a lot😁😍
the group is cornbread red.
Thank you Calvin D for posting this track from The Old Radio album, engineered for us by the Grammy Award-winning Bil Vorndick in his Nashville studios. Jimbo Whaley on rhythm guitar and lead vox, Roscoe Morgan on vox and mandolin, Clint Damewood on vox and fiddle, Kipper Stitt on the 5-string, and yours truly on a Yamaha upright electric bass.
KISS... 99.5 I miss Lisle and Hahn. I lol'd at that.
Not too bad
Strangely enjoyable. I had never heard of Bluegrass music until I heard she Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Bluegrass and of course the Soggy Bottom Boys 'Man of constant sorrow'.
Excellent !! The banjo is smokin =)
I may have got a little bit of dust in my eye when the violin came in ... not a bit misty, though. Nope, nope, nope.
You can really feel those 128kbps...
great
I played this in our bluegrass lineup on WUGO/WGOH and got yelled at.... it was worth it. Good music.
100% Agree!!!!!
This wouldn’t have been 15ish years ago would it? I was traveling through KY and heard it in the radio.
this song reminds me of a silver dandilion on a window sill next to a ceramic garden elf holding a bowlingball .
wat
Brad Franklin amazing
Reminds me of a golden furuncle spewing molten silver juices
Unbelievable good this I like thanks for posting all the best to you 2016
What a cool version.
Lol
Oh hell yeah
Does not work so well.
rdecredico Are you kidding? I had my doubts when I first saw this but this is awesome!
guibox3 The original sucked but this is simply atrocious.
Haters gonna hate I guess.
WHO are these guys. do they do tours?
pine mountain railroad. there is a video of them here on youtube
For once I want this song for last call instead of the normal one.
Nice version...
I'd love to hear this with a less "produced" feel, maybe without the reverb on the vocals. I enjoy bluegrass with an unadultered "front porch" sound to it. =)
I know what you mean and I agree
Yup. I had higher hopes when I saw it in my feed. I wasn't sure why it disappointed but I think you nailed it.
Here you are ua-cam.com/video/jAjAR0FEv0Y/v-deo.html
first heard the radio DJ say they were going to play this bluegrass cover first thought was PUKE but as a young boy hearing this song and bluegrass growing and being part of my family history I LOVE THIS SONG
Who is this tho?
Pine Mountain Railroad.
I like this version as much as i like the original cut by Journey !
This proves real music sounds great no matter what genre it's played in...
Now this would have been good in Back To The Future III.
I like the way you think.
and on
just a city boy, born and raised in windsor, canada just doesn't sound as good
Welcome to real music, then! Haha! And don't mind jayson he's probably trying to be funny, but totally missed the mark!
if you couldn't see there's a shit-ton more of this stuff and it is weird but good
This song should go on and on and on.
and jpop
This was just awesome. Alright, somebody in the rock crowd needs to cover bluegrass now.
they did..more or less...we call it rock n roll. Also check this out...AC/DC based a whole lot of their music on traditional old Irish Scottish (Gaelic) folk songs. Thunderstruck is one example, one where the only thing different from the original piece is the instruments..and lyrics of course
YEEEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!
just discovered Iron Horse, loving them
Martin Gorry this is not iron horse
What was that for?
Fuck you dustin'
Jayson Donaghy what did I do lmao
I like the original of this song, but I like this version more.
Love it.
Is "droup" slang for "slack jaw"? Just kidding this is a really good droup.
great music. i love it
I just put a Video of the group that performed this song. This is a killer live video. Look at "Don't Stop Believin Bluegrass Style by Pine Mountain Railroad. Poster by graspicker13. Enjoy!
Usually I only like rock and techno....but suddenly I like bluegrass....:D
