No bassoon. As a bassoonist I’m disappointed
Well played! When i played this freshman year i got to play the flute 2 solo
Nothing against you, you did an amazing job, but my word does the great locomotive chase really benefit from that big-band sound
Note: Flute 2 usually uses an oboe score
Soo cool to see the bass clarinet here I played it in HS Fav piece fav instrument
i love bass clarinet!! i play it currently
@@sunnysleeps. Youre playing the best instrument such a cool instrument Ill never forget it I miss playing it everyday . I used to play regular clarinet but when I got to HS my conducter told me to play Bass Clarinet forever changed my life lol
@@SharlenesJourney i did the same thing, except i started clarinet in 6th grade and ended 6th playing bass clarinet
Your clones are very impressive. You must be very proud.
I play the french horn and I think some of those fingerings are wrong, but still great work!
Nicely done! My Great Great Uncle William Pittenger was one of the Union Raiders!
THAT SIMULATIOUS SIGH AT THE END BRO 😭
it’s written in the sheet music

Too much. Man
Nice! - 😊
can u pls do the pit and the pendulum by michael story? 😁
impressive
Can you please do El Camino Real arr. Robert Longfield?
This deserves way more likes. Amazing song and great job playing all the parts
I played this song with my concert band a couple of months ago :)))
I’m not in band but I’m in orchestra and whenever the school band plays this piece I get chills it’s so good.
fun fact the composer has a Orchestral (Brass + woodwinds + Strings) version!
You played the timpani too soft
im playing this for a concert tomorrow as a seventh but is in advanced band with eitgh graders💀
Love this song
the train whistle in missing.
Not to hate or anything but that “baritone” is a euphonium and baritones are a different type of euphonium that doesn’t look like the one he used. But like this is fire
Bro I have to play this and I have the French horn solo where it’s just me and a percussionist, it’s stressing
nice
You should try Fireball! by Brian Balmages. It's one of my favorites.
Connect ur notes 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Where are the dynamics
Dang. I play the timpani for this piece and the final part where you have to hit the three timpani in a row like 4 times confuses me. My school only has two timpani so I'm begging my band teacher to bring the ones from our high school to use.
Great job just the beginning sounds a little weird I think you should of for the solos did each note a little longer other then that amazing video
Can you please tell me what app you use or how to connect with you. My son is a 6th grade band student and enjoys your videos. Thanks!
I use pro tools to record the audio and adobe premiere pro to do the video editing and syncing with the audio. Unfortunately it’s not just one app!
What app do you use?
No oboe 😞
Hey, the video of you playing was really good!!!!!!!!! You are a true multi-instrumentalist + excellent high school band educator!!! We've been rehearsing this piece with the wind orchestra recently, and it's going to be very challenging. I am also responsible for teaching the wind band, and I am very happy to see more people sharing this! In addition, I am also responsible for the recording of our band, your video is very good, if you can have a professional music mixing it will be even better! If you need help, I think I can try mixing these audio
Slapstick. Yes.
do Theme and Tirade comp. Richard Saucedo
Hey I’m doing the great locomotive chase I play bass clarinet do u got any tips
Wow! He cloned himself over 25 times! /S
This is seriously impressive!! One question though, some notes sounded like they were supposed to be tied, but you staccatoed them; Is there a reason for this?
Will you please do Arabesque by Samuel Hazo? It would be very hard but I think it would be really cool
Try Arabian Dances by Brian Balmages
Played at 1.25x and 1.5x speed the groove feels nice
Breath deeper so you can last on the horn. ❤ love the video!
You should apply for DODEA schools .
You are so incredibly talented!!! Your students are so lucky to have you!
My band is playing this song lol
You sound much better than my actual band playing this song
So so cool! Like you can do ALL of that. As a mallet player and percussionist, I was super impressed. Like YOU CAN PLAY FOUR MALLETS
Nice tribute to the late Robert W Smith. Rest in Peace.
were playing this for our lgpe and im playing mallet 2, this video really helped me with it thank you
You’re so underrated, nice vid.
So glad this gem was recommended to me, Im playing this in band right now and our festival is in a few days
