In Texas the current Jurisdiction manual States/writes ... the Republic of Texas is abrogated only in so far as it conflicts with federal authority... So that means you have a choice of State. I choose the Republic.

Which means the State of Texas,/or United States statutes, codes, rules, regulations or public policies, only apply to that 1.9% of the lands within Texas. And the courts of the State of Texas do not have territorial jurisdiction over 98.1% of the lands within the exterior boarders of Texas.

And to be clear. There are no Courts of the Texas Republic .

For military enlistment into the national military: Property as in someone else has ultimate responsibility for you. If i am in the military and taken as a prisoner of war - the United States is responsible for my return. They will pay the costs associated with my return. If the President as commander in chief gives me orders he must, the United States must, pay to have me transported there and then back home. If i should be killed or injured i am or my family is compensated. They must provide "three hots and a cot" Three meals, a place and time to sleep, clothes/uniforms, boots, socks, arms, etc. If i should leave (AWOL) before my time/contract has expired, if found, i must be returned to my owner. I am "subject" to the laws thereof... Property, as in, the United States is responsible for me.

@ USA is a military… All the people in US are soldiers… I know that USA is a corporation, and all the people in US are employees. Birth certificates are employment contracts. Any country that does birth certificate thing is the same as USA, I think.

I understand that You are talking about military. I took so long to classify ‘United states of America,’ ‘confederated states,’ ‘United states,’ and ‘military.’ Finally, I think I understood. I have not read any California Codes but I do agree with what you say it says and if applying the information from the federal laws and constitution, that is absolutely correct. If you are not "on" federal lands or part of the federal government, you are not in that "legal state." I also will be showing, once again, the State of Texas birth Certificate application which writes that the legal name you give your baby is a "legal name for a legal state."

As much as i have read i would say that all of "law" and the "legal" system is like theatrics. A stage or theater- incudes the scripts, actors and audience etc. Players/actors (us and them we all have a part) A director (representatives) Scripts (what the cops say, what a judge says, what is said at a marriage ceremony) Plays /procedures (an entire process) Acts (a part of the procedures such as the passing of a bill - how a bill becomes a law, the act of marriage, meet, agree, say something, sign papers, consummate, etc. the act of taking office, chosen or elected or volunteer, oath, etc.) Each law has parts authority, intent/purpose, etc.

A state means stat-us. Stat-ute. Sta-nding. And other things. They are all related. The type of government is commonwealth. Commonwealth and republic, i believe, are the same thing. Both meaning, for the inhabitants, residents, the people, the wealth of them, the safety of them, the security of them, etc. state is also related to the word Situs, situ, situation.

I have tried. They ignore me. I have tried to make an appointment to speak on the floor. They make it super difficult. A lot of rules to follow. I agree but that has a lot to do with youtube. I can comment first on a video and no one "likes" my comment. An hour later someone can make a similar comment and get hundreds of likes. Im just mostly blocked i think. Good luck in whatever you choose to do. It wont be easy but maybe, just maybe it will be worth it.

And this is why, they are not to take gifts, persuading and bribing a lot of pretended ownership....some call this simply, "cheating"...in order to seem larger than they really are allowed by what the private people ever gave any consent in the first place voiding any other contracts, following......Trickery, signatures are none as they are done by trick cheating not following initial intent and so forth. They are not true contracts of full disclosures to constitute any complete agreements at all......Forced contracting is not contracting at all.....
