Good option too but its a repetitive process, plus it hardens the softness of rubber overtime if one cheaps out on the spray, so traditional seal covers are better option overall, cheap too, thats what I feel!

Plus silicon spray's works wonders while one need's to store the vehicle for a long period but in usage, specially long rides, I would suggest to avoid these spray's, becuase if you are in country like India where the climate and environment is hot and dusty, the small dust granual's will find its way to the seals. The covers will help avoid it for a long duration but would definitely need cleaning after a long ride. (Adv riding & bikes excluded)

The unlucky chainset issue, i am aware about the chain issue / Stretched chain drive / front sprocket wearing out during my research before buying the bike, it has many reason but few of them like wrong gearing by rider, overload on rear while touring solo / pillion + luggage, higher gear's on slow speed and eventually a design flaw could be there, As of now I have driven it 1800kms and still face no issue, but would make an extensive video about the same post 3000km, between now and then I suggest if you are a SM650 Owner stick to defined load limit, correct gear position and avoid high speed downshifting or high speed engine braking, this shall solve 70%- 80% of problems as per my experience. Bike is worth every penny none the less. Cheers bud! Ride safe! 🤜🤛

Good Question, definetly on the stock seat's pillion won't be able to complete more than 40km at a stretch, so either opt for the official touring seat or get the seat's remade and padded like I did. Secondly, the rear suspension's need to have a damper adjustment rather than just preload adjustment but I will share you a trick for it - "drop the tyre pressure on the rear", company recommended tyre pressure is too much, I dropped it by 10psi and its working like a charm, I personally am loving the journey's with no discomfort! For the rider, I feel one can re-adjust the handlebar's at the service center accordingly to their need if they feel stock one stretches them forward, one golden trick for riders to adjust the handlebar on this bike - "your back should be bit inclined forward & shoulders should be relaxed, thats your sweet spot", just these few changes for personal choices of riders, rest everything is perfect no need of any changes! 🤜🤛

There are tons of locations from small spots to obvious touristy points and yet many of them are not on the maps, you need to explore once near by and thats how I find many of my jaw dropping locations, I some how enjoy that treasure hunt vibe to it, I even tend to drop a public pin on the worth visiting one's... thank you for commenting, it mean's alot.
