I worked for an EB business in the UK from 1989 to 2018. I made a number of very good friends within the EB ranks, although of course they could never admit out loud to being my friend. They are, on an individual level, almost always lovely, caring and conscientious people. It’s only when the dogma from their leaders (such as Kim Jong Hales) is thrust upon them that a switch flicks, their eyes glaze over and they parrot whichever paragraph or sentence they’ve most recently been programmed with. So sad 🙁 What a waste of good people.
