20 y/o 140ish Dubstep producer from South Australia
Hi, welcome to my new music channel! I'm Brandon and have been using FL Studio since April 2018 when I was 14, but originally started off by playing around with online music makers for fun back from 2015-2018. In mid-2019 I also began learning piano, which has definitely helped me improve with my compositions. Music is not only a creative outlet for me, but also a way to capture memories & express my emotions.
My main influences come from dubstep (especially deep 140/bass), chillstep, hip hop, electronic, ambient, grime, garage, & more. Releases under 'Brandon Phillips' are times captured in my life & fully represent my vision by strongly focusing on melodic elements; whereas the 'BP2004' / 'BP EDM' alias is more about experimentation; and lastly, the 'Brandish Beatz' alias is primarily for grime & hip hop projects.

I'm starting a new label with 140 dubstep & grime styled releases, and thought I'd kick it off with this promo beat-tape with works from 2019-2024. Part 1 (Darkside) showcases more darker & grimey beats, whereas Part 2 (Deepside) will display nice & chill tunes.
