Web Shooter Spiderman shouldn't waste the ammo by swinging around because 1. it is hard to make, the material is hard to come by and sure costly 2. it could run out when really need it to fight bad guys 3. the device might break or jammed for extensive use It's like a gun, we don't waste bullets because they're not cheap. Depends on quality and other factors the gun might jammed after some shot. So, Web Shooter Spiderman realistically won't be swinging around much and that's boring.

Nanopunk is basically Biopunk but replacing the themes of biological hubris with nanotechnology gone wrong. Some of my personal favorite examples include "Crysis", "Scooby Apocalypse", and "Generator Rex", which all center on worlds mutated and broken by advanced technology originally intended to improve them.

What you call Sandalpunk is simply the sword & sandal genre of fantasy. I'd think that true Sandalpunk should include the use of weird technology in a world like Atlantis. The earliest example of this that I know is the novel The Lost Continent by C.J. Cutcliffe Hyne (1899).
