I'm one of the hoodlums that used to break into that place before McMenamins bought it, and yes me and a friend seen that man in black, we have heard a little girl bouncing a ball, and then their is the one in the basement, it doesn't really like anyone down there, we went down once, it felt like someone grabbed us by the neck telling us to get out, never went down there again. Went there for my grandmother's company dinner after they bought it, I had to leave early, a chill went down my spine basically letting my know they are still there. Haven't been back since. I feel like I'm kinda connected to that place, spent many many days there.

I love to get away for a weekend and this is my go to hotel. Always clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Need an affordable go-to spot? This is it!

Terrible hotel. And the sad part is it is in a nice location within walking distance to everything and they cannot maintain it.

This is a horribly maintained hotel. The last 3 times we stayed there, we were given refunds because the rooms were in such shambles - the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed. The refrigerator was falling off the shelf because the shelf was rotten and falling apart. Everything was stained. It was unbelievable. We’ll never stay there again.

At one point in time, this hotel actually used to have a hot tub but they had to cement it due to it not meeting the wheelchair standards

This place needs a lot of work, it looks like it has never been renovated and it needs it.

I stayed at this motel recently while driving from Florida to Maryland. All of the rooms were completely remodeled around 2019, and look nice inside. The only issue is that there are train tracks nearby, and a train woke us up in the middle of the night.

😂I'm 65, the pool and hot tub are never open, not is the gym. I have tried to stay here several times and I am always disappointed. Being a Senior and VETERAN ... I find myself in another unwanted fight. Seem's this place takes money month after month by "Legal" contract. Doesn't matter if you cancel, due to inadequate facilities, or they decide to kick you out even if you are not on premises. They will bill you month, after month, after Month! I am filling a claim with the City of Lubbock to revoke their License. WELCOME TO INDIA/PAKISTAN!

Stay away. Hotel fifty not to Hilton Standards highly over priced for the condition of the Hotel. Hilton customer service offered a suit room and got a regular room that may have been a smoking room in the past due to the smell. Manager in the Hotel charged an incidentals deposit like if it was possible to make it worse... Manager said this is a franchise from Hilton and they are not responsible for Hilton's reservations...Right!!! Anyway customer care said that I needed to wait until check out for a resolution from corporate after making many phonecalls and waiting on the phone hours for them to finish listening on the recording on the orig8nal call to verify I was not lying...unbelievable...where is the customer service at Hilton!!! By the way room service every other day with 4 years after the pandemic...

I am going there on June 22nd, 2024 for the reunion

My family got a reservation at this motel and when we got there it looked like the pictures on their site had been doctored. The place was a dump it had 2 floors but no elevator and the toilet in the accessible room was right against the tub so my chair couldn’t fit so I could get a bath. management was worthless and acted like they didn’t know what an ADA room involved. The room was so small a motorized chair user wouldn’t have been able to move around. I later found out the motel had several Google complaints related to the ADA. I wrote a review and someone from management was like” Thank you for your review we will check into your complaint”

Worse place I ever stayed. Roaches. Dirty linens. No hot water. TV had lighting issues. The bed was on plywood. Drugged out guy staring at the wall. Another guy making a rap video or face timing throwing up gang signs. Another breaking bottles in the parking lot. Shady people walking the parking lot as soon as it got dark. People yelling all night. And that was a weekday.

I love this place my Boyfriend and I sneak off there whenever we want to get away for a night or two there's some good restaurants close by as well we were there just this last Monday and were gong again tonight I can't wait I'm so excited

The Neptune, at time of you posting this, had been an empty shell that has been planned to be demolished and rebuilt since 22, when it was destroyed by a hurricane. They're aiming for 25, for rebuilding and reopening. It's sad to see, it was a Beautiful place filled w memories from my childhood... its in pieces now.
