On the way back to Botswana from Johannesburg, a beautiful weekend getaway at Hartbeespoort Dam. Popularly know as Harties among local and is located at distance of 20 Km from Pretoria and 35 Km from Johannesburg. During my Trip to Johannesburg, visiting Mall of Africa and Sandton area is a delightful experience. Mall of Africa is one of the largest shopping mall in the region. However, many shops were closed being a holiday season, the mall is an empathic display of modern South Africa. Sun City- A luxury resort in South Africa near the city of Rustenburg. Crossed the border by road from Botswana and traveled to Sun city (South Africa). The road is full of lush green mountains with great scenic views. Sun City is made up of a number of themed sub-resorts with hotels on each, including the original Sun City Resort. In awesome rainy and cloudy weather, driving from Rustenburg to Johannesburg. The roads are filled with scenic beauty. Rustenburg itself being famous for wine.
